Registering Complimentary Exhibitor Staff

Registration for each booth includes:

Exhibition staff registrations for each exhibition booth, for both inclusive complimentary and additional exhibition staff can be done via the exhibitor registration email that can be requested from Abby Masters at . Once you receive the email simply complete the appropriate details and email back ASAP.

The exhibitor registration email allows you to register additional exhibitor staff for either a day or the duration of the Trade Exhibition. In addition, you are able to purchase guest tickets to the South Pacific ORL Forum 2017 Networking Function via this email.

Please note: Exhibitor passes cannot be shared and do not give exhibitors access to any Forum sessions.

What is bump-in time?

Bump-in: Custom Builders 9 July 2017 at 8:00am for custom booth builders and 1:00pm for the exhibitor staff.

Exhibition Opens: 10 July at 8:00am, all booths MUST be show ready by this time.

Access to the exhibition area for bump-in will only be available during this time (unless pre-arranged through Consec – Conference and Event Management).

What is bump-out time?

Bump-out: 12 July 2017 at 4:00pm, at the conclusion of afternoon tea.

How do I hire furniture and audiovisual for my booth?

You can order additional tables and chairs through the venue.

What are the arrangements for delivery of freight to the venue?

To assist in the smooth delivery of goods to your booth space at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Honolulu Hawaii, we have allocated a preferred freight forwarding company - DB Schenker.

We highly recommend that you use DB Schenker as they will be organising a consolidated shipment for all exhibitors who choose to book with them across to Honolulu, Hawaii.

Where do I get information about running giveaway competitions etc?

The Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, the Medicines New Zealand Code of Practice and the American Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics and all sponsorship packages have been designed to comply with these codes:

How are sponsorship funds allocated?

Sponsorship funds are allocated to Forum costs eg speakers, program, equipment and audiovisual. The delegate registration fee covers catering, entertainment and social functions.
